Kiri EV Ltd. is pleased to announce that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Jitendra New EV Tech Pvt. Ltd for the latter to be the supplier of components for Kiri EV. They would be supplying components related to the motor, battery management systems (optional) of Kiri’s Electric Vehicle 2-wheeler System. With this MoU, the basic terms and conditions for the supply agreement and other ancillary agreements involved are set forth, while the details will be subjected to further negotiations between Kiri EV and Hyundai Jitendra New EV Tech Pvt. Ltd.

The MoU ceremony was signed in Nashik India and attended by representatives from both parties. The attendees from Kiri EV Ltd included CEO and Founder Christopher Maara. On Jitendra New EV’s side, CEO and Director, Mr. Jitendra Shah and his son Samtik Shah graced the event with their presence.

As more and more consumers become environmentally conscious, the future of electric vehicles in Kenya and Africa is looking bright.
